Territory Manager – Charlotte, NC

We are currently seeking a motivated Territory Manager who will be responsible for the management and cultivation of an existing client base. This individual will ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales growth metrics. This position is an excellent opportunity for a smart, highly motivated individual with a desire to grow professionally.

Role and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

– Act as customer advocate to fulfill contractual obligations and meet the customer’s needs by providing value-added solutions

– Manage the completion of contractual service by working closely with the Service Department

– Foster and cultivate existing relationships as a solutions provider to grow business portfolio

– Focus on new business to business account development

– Meet sales and operational metrics tied to Business Plan goals

– Respond to all customer inquiries/request in a timely fashion

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Should reside anywhere within reasonable commuting distance to Charlotte, NC

– Track record of achieving and exceeding sales growth targets

– Experience with Account Management and relationship building

– High energy, self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial aspirations

– Excellent customer service and communication skills

– Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and CRM environments

– Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment with a commitment to responsiveness and customer/co-worker satisfaction

– Ability to meet physical requirement of position

– Excellent work/professional references

– Bachelor’s Degree in any field
